I asked the following questions to the NRA & received no response.
Is it true that the NRA created, sponsored, or helped pass legislation for the National Instant Criminal Background Check, if so please explain?

Is it true that NRA supports waiting periods such as the Brady Act, if so please explain?

Is it true that both the Indiana State Constitution & the United States Constitution state “the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed? Why did the NRA support Red Flag Laws?

Unfortunately, I received no response from the NRA on these questions, but being the investigative type, I knew the answers to these questions already. It is for these reasons that I will probably never be endorsed by the NRA and even more so, never become an NRA member. Why would a Second Amendment organization support ANY of these things?!
The NRA has become increasingly more liberal and that’s why I like National Association for Gun Rights and their Hoosier affiliate, Hoosier Gun Rights. Hoosier Gun Rights has a proven track record of getting things done. Now, I won’t speak for them, but when speaking for myself I am completely AGAINST gun-free zones & red flag laws. The Constitution is very clear, the Right to keep & bear arms shall not be infringed.

My counter to the NRA? Join the National Association for Gun Rights & United States Conceal Carry Association (USCCA). I’ve been a member of USCCA for years and have peace of mind while exercising our Second Amendment Rights.
